High-Vis Reflective Heat Transfer Vinyl 140mic
BF REFLEX and PRINTREFLEX Hi-Vis films are premium refractive CAD-Cut and Printable reflective HTV Vinyl that combines a polyurethane layer with glass microspheres. The REFLEX Hi-Vis Heat Transfer Vinyl range is suitable for organic, synthetic, mixed-fabric and nylon textiles (view PDF datasheet).
The 140-micron thickness and slight elasticity also make this Hi-Vis reflective HTV vinyl pleasant to the touch and conformable on any fabric, and suitable for applications in sportswear and workwear:
- A highly reflective glass microsphere and PU/polyurethane HTV film.
- A PET adhesive liner that makes your logo or graphics cutting line easy to see.
- Easy weeding and easy repositioning of any graphic design elements if necessary.
- Application temperature 140°C/285°F for 10 seconds and hot PET liner removal.
- It becomes wash-resistant 12 hours after application.
- CAD-Cut and Printable; compatible with solvent, eco-solvent and latex inks.

BF PRINTGLOW is a printable HTV film with a luminescent finish designed to make your graphics glow-in-the-dark. Always a popular seasonal product, PRINTGOLW is also fast becoming an HTV vinyl enhancement to add a further Hi-Vis dimension to workwear and sportswear:
- This glow-in-the-dark HTV creates an actual glow without any PVC, plasticisers or heavy metals.
- Printable and compatible with solvent, eco-solvent and latex inks.
- Application temperature 145°C/295°F for 12 seconds with semi-hot PET liner removal.
- Its self-adhesive PET film carrier works with small letters and logos.
- Suitable for organic, synthetic and mixed textiles and washable 12 hours after application.
